SCAM ALERT: Avoid Internet Kidney Cures……Seriously

What would you do if you meet a new person and the first thing they say is clearly a lie?  You’d likely runaway.  Well, pretty much the first thing that Heal Kidney Disease tells you is it can reverse kidney disease.  This is a baldfaced lie:  kidney disease can’t be reversed.   Our advice:  runaway!    You don’t trust our medical opinion.   Listen to Dr. Belinda Jim from the National Kidney Foundation:

The Heal Kidney Disease scheme is one of the most pernicious scams on the Internet because kidney disease is a super serious condition.  You can harm yourself if you believe that blueberries and assorted herbs are going to cure your kidney.   Will changes in your diet slow kidney disease?  Yes.   Will it improve your overall healthfulness?  Probably.  Will it cure it?  That’s a big no.

The Man Behind This Scheme

A naturopath named Robert Galarowicz claims to have developed this alternative regimen to treating kidney disease.   We have no problem with helping people who suffer from chronic diseases.    Galarowicz is a New Jersey-based naturopath & nutritionist who likely has some experience counseling patients struggling with kidney disease.   But he crosses the line when he suggests that he can cure this disease.   And, he further crosses the line when he presents his offering in a scam-laden Clickbank deal.   Here’s what you need to know about his Clickbank product.

Why Galarowicz’ Offer is a Scam

The Heal Kidney Disease marketers are asking for $67.  So what are you getting for your hard-earned money?  Naturally, they won’t tell you until you plunk down your money.  They try to fool you by using a marketing strategy based upon fake reviews.  Heal Kidney Disease enlists an army of “marketing affiliates” who create the fake review websites that use terms like “scam” “does it work” and “review” to rope in unsuspecting consumers who think they are actually getting objective information. Instead, they are getting fake info for which the affiliates will receive very lucrative commissions through Clickbank. And guess who is paying for those commissions?

This posting at Clickbank is telling affiliate marketers that they will pay out $40.73 from every consumer who purchases this $67 plan.  The marketers then describe their scheme to these fake reviewers, bragging that it is written by a “top copywriter” and boasts low refunds. This is a red-flashing light that a scam is afoot.  You are an upsell opportunity to these marketers and they’ll keep trying to sell you more and more.
